How Sun Damage Occurs
UV rays UVA and UVB are the rays that contribute to sun damage. UVA rays penetrate the deep into the skin and are predominately responsible for damage linked to signs of aging (hint: think "A" for aging). UVB rays penetrate the surface of the skin and are predominately responsible for burning (hint: think "B" for burn).
