Can't find your favorite Olay product? Here are some reasons why: It might be temporarily out of stock. We may not sell that item on our site. The product could be discontinued. The product name might have changed. Most of our current lineup is on Olay.com, but not every item is listed or available for sale. If a product has an "Add to bag" button, it's for sale; if not, it's likely out of stock or not available on our website (like our body products). Good News! Olay products are available at many retailers. If you can't find it here, try checking other stores or online retailers.

You can track your order using your order ID and billing ZIP code on our order tracking page. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive it, check your spam or junk mail folder.

No, our facial cleansing cloths (wet and dry) are not flushable. Instead, please throw the used cloth away in the garbage.

Current SPF guidelines recommend re-application of sunscreen every 2 hours to receive the best protection. As of 2013, all products that contain SPF ingredients must say this on the package. If you are not wearing the moisturizer solely for SPF protection, then apply or re-apply as you prefer.

In general, you should notice a difference in the way your skin feels after the first few uses. Longer-term results, such as a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, are typically noticeable after 2-4 weeks of continued use.

Please give the product at least a 28-day try. In our studies, most users report noticing a difference in their own skin around 14 days of use and that others begin complimenting their skin around 28 days of use. Of course, each Olay product has its own benefits and claims which you'll find noted on the outer package.
