Rolls off skin
I was very excited to try this cream, and am now very disappointed. It rolls and balls up, it doesn't even have a chance to absorb into the skin. It balls up and gets stuck on my fingers that are spreading it. I'm really disappointed in olay.

Love it!
My sensitive skin loves this luxorious feeling product. The inner cap is very difficult to lift off. Do not know yet if dark spots are diminished. I have never bought a product yet that made that claim and delivered, yet paid 2x more for them.

I should have read the reviews because what some are saying about flaking off is what is happening with me. I also don’t appreciate that Olay does not respond to concerns about their products because maybe we’re using it incorrectly. Disappointed.

I work from home, so I don't get the sun at all. I have finished using one jar, and I see zero improvement on my freckles.

I have a jar of luminous that’s 1.7 oz. I like it a lot. This is 1.3 oz. and not called a mini. Not much of a sale.

It may be extremely helpful to know that when we package our products we use exact filing equipment to make sure that the right amount of moisturizer goes into each container. They are filled by weight and checked several times in the production line. We actually overfill them to make sure that the amount that is inside the jar is the same amount that is printed on the package. Since there are such strict quality measures, we are completely confident that there is the amount that is supposed to be in the jar. Why does Luminious flake off my face leaving a a lint texture on my clothes? Some other users have made the same complaint. Does that mean it is not working?

Hi Paul2023, Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us about this product, and I do apologize that you are having this issue with the product. What you've described is not something we would expect. There are different factors that can contribute to what’s known as “pilling” -- moisturizer balling up on the surface your skin -- or flaking when using a moisturizer. Here are some tips to help prevent this from happening: Be sure to apply your moisturizer to clean, dry skin. Pilling/flaking can be caused by using too much moisturizer or by rubbing it in too hard. Try using a little less product, and a lighter touch. If you’re using a cream, it might be too much moisture. Try switching to a lotion or serum for the daytime, and use your cream at night. I'll be sure to share your comments on this with our Quality Assurance Department and the rest of our Olay Team.

I have to say that I’ve been using Olay for over 30 years and it only gets better. At 67 I’m still asked how old am I and what am I using every day. And all I say is OLAY. Short & sweet cause all of your products are great.

Very disappointed
I got this 2 days ago. I’ve used it twice. On a clean dry face and if I touch my face it just rolls off. So if it rolls off, and doesn’t absorb, then what benefit is my face getting from it? I bought another olay product in in a pump bottle and my skin was just as dry as before I used it. I’m so disappointed. Olay used to be a wonderful product that gave good results. My Mother used Olay. So I’ve used Olay. One more product that doesn’t live up to what I was used to…I will be looking for another brand. I used to love Olay!!
