Stopped working

I purchased this, it was fantastic when it actually worked, 3 months later it stopped working, even after replacing it with new batteries. Very disappointing.

We do apologize that your Pro X Cleansing Brush has stopped working. Unfortunately the Pro X line has been discontinued s o we wouldn't be able to replace it. Good, but batteries are not good:(

My best friends mom bought this for me as a gift a few months ago, and I’ve loved it so far! I have combination skin(mildly oily, but I have rosacea around my nose) and my skin is sensitive as well and this brush has been good for me to clear up my acne! However, I feel the batteries are constantly dying and I’m not sure what the issue is. I am replacing the batteries every few weeks. Very frustrating.

It does wonders, but then stops working

I bought 2 of these about 6 months ago after watching a demonstration. One of the two brushes didn't work. Again I didnt mind because I had bought 2. I loved how it exfoliated and cleaned my skin even after I had already washed n cleansed. I love how clean n smooth my skin looked and felt. Then after about 3 months using my second brush it stopped working. I have changed batteries and nothing happens. Loved the product while it worked

Pros and Cons

I have bought two.. TWO.. of these brushes because I love it so much. But the battery compartment is EXTRA tight, making battery removal difficult. It also never immediately works with fresh batteries. I have to tap the unit around, hoping the batteries will settle into place quickly. My batteries died (I hope) a week ago and I'm still trying to get it to work. Considering the amount of effort involved just to change batteries, I'm earnestly considering switching to another brand.
