Olay Cleanse Gentle Foaming Cleanser underwent a small formula change in September of 2024. We certainly expected you to get the same great benefits with this new formula as you did the previous one. However, we do know that consumers have personal sensitivities and may not be able to tolerate a particular ingredients or formulation. If you haven’t already, we recommend discontinuing use of the product.
