Terrible

I have been using this “foaming” cleanser for YEARS. I can’t believe that Olay would change anything about it, but they have. False advertising! The label does not mention that it is a new formula-where is the foam?! I should be refunded!

Change the formula back!!!!

I’ve used Gentle Foaming Cleanser for 20 years. The new formula is awful. It’s clumpy, it does NOT lather up or “foam” up anymore, it burns my eyes, leaves my skin dry & doesn’t cleanse as good. Listen to your users & change it back!!!!

Bought this product for the first time and used last night and this morning. I was wondering why my face felt raw and looks so red all day. Looked up reviews to see I’m not the only one.

New formula is horrible

I've used this cleanser for many years and the most recent formula has a noticeable decrease in quality. It comes out clumpy, is not gentle, and does not clean as well. Please go back to the old formula we all loved.

FORMULA CHANGE BURNS SKIN!

I have used this product for YEARS. My most recent bottle burned my skin and made it red. I happened to have an old bottle and noticed that the second ingredient USED to be glycerin. But now it's Sodium Lauroamphoacetate. HELP!!!!

Formula change burns skin

The formula must have changed. I’ve used this product for decades and all of a sudden my skin burns, and the product doesn’t lather the same. Very disappointed.

Is this discontinued???

I’ve been using this cleanser for years! I love how it cleans my skin of all makeup without irritation or dryness! All of a sudden I can’t find it in stores and it is out of stock on your website! Please don’t tell me it is discontinued!!

What changed? Used to love it.

Something is different in the formula. It comes out of the pump clumpy, and doesn’t lather up right. Also made my face burn. What is going on? This is the 3rd one I bought like this.
